MIDI in Sonar XL?

huh?

I thought i posted it already, but anyways. I am using Sonar XL v1.0 and I want to record a MIDI track. However, I don't have a MIDI instrument so how do I do it? I have only used Sonar for recording Audio so any help would be appreciated. Thanx.
 
You can step-enter notes. I think there are utilities that allow the computer keyboard to play notes. But there's nothing that beats a MIDI keyboard for doing this. Any other way is usually very tedious and a big pain.

But it's not much good if you don't have something to play the MIDI parts. With SONAR you do get a couple of usable software synths, so there's that.
