By default on MIDI tracks, SONAR sends Reverb and Chorus settings by midi controller messages #91 and #93.
I am starting to use a Waldorf microQ expander, but it expects settings for effect 1 and 2 to be sent through controllers #93 and #94... too bad.
For know i have to setup an envelope for CC#94 in each track and disable standard reverb slider or it affects another parameter of the sound ( the velocity response
).
I know i can setup an external controller to affect the reverb slider. I tried this : selected #94 as remote controller. But what happens then is :
- turning the knob on the microQ sends #94 to SONAR.
- SONAR changes reverb level shown on the track
- SONAR sends back new reverb value through #91 again !!
- the microQ respond by changing velocity sensitivity to this new value...
Does someone know if i can change controller codes used by SONAR for one track's reveb slider ? Or do i need to create a specific studioware ?
