D destorctr New member Aug 1, 2002 #1 i have been trying condencers for acoustic recording i place "akg" aprox. 7'' with lots of pre but i keep getting too much room and if i run it up its too hott any sugestions?

K knownuttin New member Aug 1, 2002 #2 Less pre, meaning a more conservative level. Avoid the sound hole. Try putting it up around the 12th fret. -kent
