mics on bbc 4 concert

there's a concert on the storyville programme BBC4 & am curious to know what the mics (that are visible) might be

there's one in particular that is like an electric razor........big & square beast of a thing
 
actually, i'd say somethign like an 421 over a 414 given the discription of an electric razor...
 
Actually, I can think of a mic that looks even more like an electric razor than either of those. But I doubt anyone would have used it in a live concert.
 
This isn't the model I was thinking of, but it's the exact same casing

It wasn't a 414 I know what they look like

the other mics on the stage were hugely fat condensor looking mics

The Coen Bros. played the big rock candy mountain...................ace

I'm not surprised that's not them. That's Joel and Ethan Coen, the cinematographic auteurs.

So, there's a completely unrelated pair/set of musical Coen Brothers out there then?

Ach aye (I think so anyway) if it's not them i'm stumped BUT they did a mean version of the big rock candy mountain
