I invented disk brakes when I was 12.
I concived of The Electro Dynamic Suspension system.
The president thanked me for giving Stelth Tech to the U.S.
But I'm sure,I don't know as much about Physics as Phill.
However I do not kid myself into beliving that if I were put to a blind test involving 3 "Clasic Mic's" and 3 inexpensive mic's ,and they were switched around on me;that I could tell one from the other, let alone pick the one that was the "Best" what ever that is supposed to mean.
Obviously some peoples, "
Big thing" is keeping the "Mystic" alive.
Maybe you should tell NASA that they should get some old men with hand tools to construct thier technical componetry...So they can do a real good job.
