I did a search here on HomeRecording.com for "microphone test" and didn't come up with anything. So this thread is started to keep a running list of links to various microphone test pages on the web.

Oh well, I am new to this forum software, guess I can't edit the top msg in this thread after 24 hours. So I won't keep the list up to date at top like I wanted to.

Anyways, I found another site that has a tour of many vintage microphones. You can hear Scott Carter (Advanced Radio Production Instructor) talk into them. The URL is http://www.coutant.org/ .

Edit: Note: http://www.coutant.org/allmics/index.html contains a link to a single 3mb MPEG file that has all the mic samples on that site combined.
