I can't adjust the mic volume in my monitors.
I can't adjust the mic volume through in my monitors while recording. What is the simplest thing I can do to be able to adjust the monitoring level of the mic from the software level while recording.
I've got a AKG C-3000 connected to a behringer 802a mixer. This is connected to my Audiophile 2496 and I'm monitoring through my computer speakers/headphones. I'm recording with Cakewalk Home Studio 2004. I can easily adjust all my track levels, once recorded, within the software.
If I need another piece(s) of hardware, what're some options?
