microphone humming noise?

ok... I recently purchased Studio Project CS5, good microphone I like it a lot... but only problem is it makes buzz humming sound when I record... I have about 5 different microphones... and none of them makes noise like CS5 dose.. it is microphone problem?
or is it ground lift problem?
I do not wish to return this microphone... hope there is way to solve it..

Is your preamp volume turned up to the maximum?
If so - that may be your problem.

nope.. I put it around mid way.....and one thing I noticed was when anything is touching my microphone it makes buzzing noise... which includes shock mount.... so I am guessing it is microphone problem?
the funny part is.. if you know how Studio Projects CS5 looks... below the capture there are pads and when I touch around that area it makes noise worse...gosh.. I really do not want to return the microphone -_- damn it!

It really sounds like a bad ground. Have you checked/swapped cables?
