I usually do voiceovers for radio/tv/film through a professional studio.. but I've decided to set up my own studio at home.

Does anyone have a mic recommendation for this specific use?

I like the Blue Baby Bottle for VO.

The guys at Audio-Technica are very high on their AT4047 for VO. The guys at Blue think very highly of the Mouse for this app.

For broadcast, the Shure SM7 and the Electro Voice RE20 are standards.

The Neumann U87 gets the call for a lot of VO work.

My favorite radio talk show host uses and RE20! GLENN BECK!!

ElectroVoice RE20.

The two mic that will have you sounding like you are on radio, because all the radio stations use them, are the RE20 and the Shure SM7.

If your budget is not up to those you might look at the MXL V67G. And if your budget is way beyond those you might look at an AEA or Royer ribbon.

I often use a Beyer M160 on VO -- it's especially good on sibilant speakers.

Of the dynamic mics, the RE20 and SM7 are the mics most commonly found in the broadcast studio. I like the Sennheiser MD421, too.

Then you get into condensor mics. For home recording, you have a lot of options in a huge price range.

I spent some time in a studio recently and had a chance to do a less than scientific mic comparison for voice-overs. If you're interested, I put a page on my website that contains the mp3 files. I wanted to see how I sounded through a Neumann TLM103, and compare it to some other mics.
