Will attaching these things in that order (top to bottom... Flange, Gooseneck, Mic Clip) work or no? I plan on buying those exact things so can somebody tell me if the sizes matchup and whatnot?

YUP............... they all play well together.
The one bad thing with the goose neck is that it makes a hell of a noise when you move it and that is translated right to the microphone then right to your recording or speakers when live....OUCH.

If you're buying the 57 new, then you shouldn't need a mic clip. There will be one in the box.

It looks like you plan on mounting the microphone, but in case your interested musiciansfriend has a package with the SM57, stand, & cable for $109.

Use the Rycote INV-9 for the SM57. It will effectively stop any structure-born noise.

Also - If you use the S-series XLR tail (as shown in the picture) it will de-couple the mic. from the main cable and minimise handling noise getting to the mic. via the cable. This tail is quite short and is only used to de-couple the mic.

In the UK the INV-9 is only £30 (and technically better than any other shockmount on the market).

Oh, as has been said, the standard clip comes with the mic. so you don't need to buy the copy you lonked to.

You didn't say why you wanted the gooseneck. Go for a boom stand (or mini boom) if you need some distance from the stand to mic placement.
