Mic preamp/reverb unit

I need a mic pre-amp. I would also love to get some reverb on my voice. Do I have to buy a seperate reverb effects unit or can anyone tell me some models of mic pre-amp with built in effects such as echo? Do they even exist?

FX and preamps are usually separate units. For cheap and effective, consider M Audio DMP-3 and TC Electronics M300. You can get the pair at GC for about $330 if you talk fast.-Richie

If you're lurking in Stealth Mode can I just ask what your opinion of the Leicester Academy Of Sound store's "pro" audio dept is? I noticed on the website that their selection of mics has gone from woeful to pathetic. What's with that?

Other than that just go with what Richie said. But, seeing as how you live in Leicester, be prepared to have to order the stuff from somewhere out of town.
