Mic Pre with optical out

Does anyone know of a good mic-pre for under $500.00 that has optical digital out? I will be using this as a pre for my minidisc. Any help will be appreciated.
 
You can buy a SPDIF to optical converter for $15 at Radio Shack. It works great. So you can add any preamp witha SPDIF output to your search.
 
Thanks for the info. Do you have any suggestions on a good pre with digital outs for under $500?
