If you shop around patiently enough for used ones, yes, you can.

When you use a fig-8 LD with a SD mic how do you position the two mics. I used to point a LD in fig-8 toward the sound hole like a bullet from about 18" and got some pretty nice results on a dreadnaught--had to cut out a little bass, though.
