Hey guys. I wasnt to have a to have a clip with a bendable neck that holds my mic clip(which holds my mic). Will these things work?(for the links take out the spaces):

I assume the first link clips onto my amp, and the other end is the male/female that connects to the male/female of the other link. Then the other male/female of the other link connects to the mic clip. Is that how it works?? If its not, then would I used this with the gooseneck which then connects to the mic clip?:
