Mic Care Question

Hi, I recently purchased a Audio Technica AT4033. I'd like to know if it's okay to keep this mic out and on its stand 24 hours a day, like I can with a Sure SM-57, or should I really be keeping it in its case when I am not using it?

It's a good idea to keep condensers in their cases, with one of those humidity packets in there. The diaphragms are sensitive to temp/humidity changes and should be kept in a stable environment... but that's just my opinion - I'm anal! :)

Damn, I must be even more anal....i put away my sm57 in its bag, inside its box, instead of leaving it on its stand.....
 
Thanks Blue Bear, I live in FL and the humidity and heat here are extreme in the summer hence my concern. I'll put the baby back in it's crib ;)
