Hey Dinty...this is oh so true. I guess when you come right down to it what ever works for you is the best solution.

All I know is if I wanted to get out of the space shuttle hatch door it better not be duck taped shut............ it will take hours to get it open.:eek:

I think they left a pair of Craftsman vise grip pliers on a shelf by the hatch for that very reason. :)

I remember watching them do a repair on the space shuttle awhile ago and it really looked like they'd just gone to Sears and bought a ratchet set, they were using regular ol' common tools.

People starting out somehow think that it's them and that the pro's have everything all "slick and groovy".

Ya, right. :(
 
On NASA's budget .....I'm surprised that they can afford sears craftsman tools! :laughings:
