now do i wana run from xlr cables strait to board or do i wana covert to 1/4 in for best results on condenser mic and dynamic

condenser are phantom power can you get from 1/4 inputs??

If you want to go to 1/4" you would need TRS (Tip-Ring-Sleeve).
It depends on the board as to whether any 1/4" inputs are TRS and if phantom power will be available to those inputs.
If your mixer/preamp has XLR inputs .... might as well just stay XLR.

xlr cables are always balanced anyway, so yeah use those.
