A month ago I bought a strat neck from MetalShop Music .com off ebay. The neck was "guaranteed to be the one shown'. When it arrived it was most definately not the one shown. It was probably a factory second as it had a large knot on the back side under the 2nd fret. I returned the neck to them after a phone call and was assured that they would exchange the neck for an equivalent to the one advertised or better. They received the neck on 3-19-07 according to the USPS tracking #.
They wont respond to my e-mails and arent answering their phone.
Anybody else had a problem with these guys???

Ain't it amazing....seems that they just forgot to keep me in the loop and a replacement has been sent.
The clock is still running.

Hope everything goes OK from here on

but thanks for the heads up.

Probably wasn't much chance of my dealing with them, but maybe it will keep others from making the same mistake.
