Cool I really like it. I think though that you should either turn down the cymbals a bit (via eq or whatever you prefer), or place your overhead mic differently next time (a little closer to the snare maybe to pick up more snare and less cymbal). Also, I think that guitar could be cleaned up a little. I'm not hearing enough distinction which could be one of several things:
1) Too much low-mids. You can take care of this with eq easily. Play around.
2) Mic setup. Stick that sm57 right up to the grill cloth and play with on-axis and off-axis positions until you get a sweet sound. Also try placing a far-mic of your choice and mixing the two signals.
3) You're letting a pedal or other processor generate the distortion. I'm not dissing pedals by any means, but you have to be careful with them when recording.
You could also stand to push the low bass signals on the guitar up a little since this is a sort of song where the guitars are more percussive. I really like this song though, and you got a damn fine sound to start with. Oh, and welcome to the boards mate!
