Yeah im one of those people who if hears alot of bad press about a company will usually write it off completely. But i read a good number of good reviews about the Peavey 5150, so i should prob play it by ear before judging!

The only critique i could give is on my computer i couldnt hear the bass at all.
If you could find the right freq's to boost your kick and bass guitar without hurting what you already have, i think you would have a nice sounding mix.

then your snare and guitars would not sound so bright, they would cut through pleasantley.

very loud mix compared to other posts, which i think is good, nothing distorted on my system.
