Better Than You
Just picked up a Mesa dual Rectifier half stack. I used the Mesa Boogie studio preamp for years and loved it. Thing with the Rectifier is that it doesn't really seem to like multi effects units too much so I'm looking for something different than my Alesis Quadraverb (there was a time when I thought this sounded good, but that time is gone).
Can anyone suggest a multi rack unit that would go well with the Rectifier? Looking for Delay and Chorus for the most part. Or, a good delay stomp box?

I've been using the Quadraverbs as well (Standard, and Plus), but I see no need to change.

I had a dual Recto for a while, but I used Stomp boxes for the effects on it.......Delay and chorus go good in the loop on the Recto.

If you don't mind me asking, why don't you like the Quadraverb any more?

Delay pedals: The older Boss DD-2, DD-3, DSD-2, DSD-3's are pretty sought after. TC Elec. chorus's are good I'm told. I use a Keeley modded CE-2 (Boss), and it's real rich and musical. :)

Even in Bypass, it changes the tone. A delay should not change the tone.

I use a G-Major with Dual Recto and it works great. It even changes the channels with the relay switching it has.
