I'm sure know one would say this will sound terrible, but you never know.
Anyone think this would sound terrible?
I want to get an amp for playing and miking, and on another forum someone told me the reason I probably don't like the Mesa's low-end is most likely because it's not got the juice of power amp tubes running through it.
That said, it seems *plausable* that if I pair the Marshallpower amp/Mesa preamp together, I might be getting the best of both worlds. Or a dog.
There isn't a 50/50 in my area, so I'd have to buy it to hear it, and I'm doing it on credit, so any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
Probably going to think about this for a month, but any advice would be great.
