I have one, loving it:)

You've got one?

I want to hear it!! :D

I've been using amp modelling when recording and I'm just not that satisfied with it. Have you done any recording with it? Do you use it with a Mesa power amp?
Details please. :)

Well, this is just dry Recto Pre, sorry for the semi-improvised guitar playing.

The noise - is my TV, the Boogie is quiet as possible without my TV on.

Cool....

That's kind of what I wanted to hear, something other than the typical rectified sound. I'm sure it can get the "Everything in Rock today has to have the same recto sound" right? I want that sound for some things but I want other sounds too. This pre might be just the thing I'm looking for.

feel free to post more material. :)

Thanks!

Ya, it seems to do everything from clean to very Rectifier. The setting I have for that thing above is: gain about 12:30, treble half, mid half, bass about 2 o'clock, presence about 11 o 'clock, master at about 9:30, set to Modern.

It's a great 'heavy' preamp, but the truth is I'm not using that sound very often cuz it sounds so good everywhere else.

Ya got six options, 3 clean, 3 progressive dirtys.

I'm just getting into recording after a long, long break, so I'm really having a time with Sonar etc., not much to post. I have a cheesy couple of tunes started, if you want other sounds, no songs yet, just farting aroung to try and get used to all this new gear:

(heavy gain Modern)

(Vintage setting)

One of these days I'll get a song written...sigh:(
