Mesa Dual Rec - 6l6's vs EL34's

My 6L6's are on their way out so I'm gonna have to buy some new tubes. Was considering going to EL34's this time around, any comments on the difference would be great. Even better, comparitive sound samples would be brilliant. My 6L6 tone is much like 'Hope For Us All' on www.myspace.com/inverseorder (my band). Will EL34's make a marked difference and for better or worse?

Try them out and let me know. I've been wanting to try them too. Maybe after my trip to voodoo amps I'll have them replaced. How old is your DR?

1- GT 12AU7
1- GT 12AX7
1- GT 12AT7
1- GT ECC83
GT= Groove Tubes

All tested at or above 100%. I'll trade you something you're not using(pedals, or whatever) or sell them to you cheap, if you go with the 6L6's.
