Could someone give me a link to a mesa retailer that quotes prices online? I am looking for bass amps and was thinking about trying a mesa out.
I have google searched and came up with nothing.
Thanks.

good luck

Haven't seen very many...you might try Guitar Center...they sell them and they might have them on their website.

Well maybe someone could give me an estimate of how much a new 400+ mesa head would cost?
And also how much an 8x10 mesa cab would cost?

Mesa dealers are not allowed to quote prices online, infact their not allowed to advertise they are Mesa dealers period. I believe they can advertise discontinued Mesa gear. Unfortunately I can't answer your question. If you can't get to a dealer to find out, I imagine if you call Mesa themselves they could get you the price. All new non-discontinued Mesa gear will be at the same price everywhere. That's if the dealer is playing by Mesa's rules. If their not they very likely won't be Mesa dealers much longer.

Mesa has an online store you can check out, I beleive. I doubt Mesa ever gave Guitar Center the time of day. If GC has Mesa, its amazing.
The Bass400+ head is about $1600 I believe. I have one available for $900, give or take $100 depending on mood, rough road-used shape, but sounds huge. Probably needs a retube badly. The guy thats got it isn't using it at all, if he even still has it and hasnt pawned it. I'll check if you want it.
I have never made this offer on here, at least I dont remember, but I have tube connections (hence the name) If you want tubes, I can get em pretty cheap, but they arent Mesa.
I have a price list around here somewhere for Mesa stuff, I'll go look in a minute.

I went and looked, I dont know where its at. It was a retail price list (which is the ONLY price) from when I bought my triple dual.
Also, there's a Mesa bass cabinet that has (I THINK) a 15 inch, a 10 inch, 2 six's and a compression driver, and its in the road ready cabinet which is a costly add on. Its about an $1800 cabinet I think, but one of the speakers got poked, I think one of the 6 inchers. $700 for that, I think. The replacement speak should be about $90. Probably about $1600 would get you the whole setup, but I have no idea how that damn cabinet could be shipped, its a monster. Probably weighs 125 lbs, but its worth the broken back when you hear it with that head. One of my favorite bass amps of all time. But then, I'm a tad partial to Mesa stuff for my kinda music. Let me know if you;re insterested. Like I said, its been around the block a few times, but its fully functional (its MESA tough, and thats VERY tough), just cosmetically a little rough.
