There's been some great Christmas albums released the past few years.
Kacey Musgraves, SIA and this year The Pistol Annies (Miranda Lambert)
This is a really cool pop Christmas song.
While most people in the US have never heard this song. It was released in 1973, and for blocks of years goes back into the UK charts around Christmas. This last block started in 2006. So for 15 years this 48 year old song made the UK joyus and disgusted at the same time. I would love to hear it on radio rotation in the US. It'll never happen.
