Hey pictures! that's helpful, with your pairs of mics, are they matched? Does that matter?

Geez -- that's a dangerous word. I believe the SP B1s are matc//////// .. um, ...

matche////////

Dagnabbit.

They both came with a red dot on the box.

The MXL 603s mics were ordered with shockmounts and showed up as Consecutively Packed Product.

I'm not even sure I would recognize a matched pair if I heard one. The respective pairs are indistinguishable, or were, before a harmonica player dropped one of the MXLs. He should never have gone near it in the first place, but I got distracted and there he was on the stage, helping out. It may get retired to the Experimental Box.

Along with four of his fingers.

Yes it matters, if and when you need a matched pair. And No, his B1's are NOT matched... PMI doesn't sell matched Studio Projects mics except for the C4's. Marshall Electronics sells the MXL603S's as individal mics (unmatched) and they also sell them as matched stereo pairs.

divorce will do it every time...

here's the ones i was able to salvage....must have let at least 2/3rds of them go. Boohoohoo!

1 Rode NT2
1 Groove Tubes GT55
2 Marshall MXL V67G
2 Audio Technica 4041 (matched pair)
1 Shure SM 58
1 Audio Technica BK

That's all folks...
