melodyne essential

I purchased studio one pro2 a few months ago and finally decided to give it a try. of course , I downloaded, assigned a user name and password. when I try to edit with melodyne, it tells me that I can only use it in payback mode. then to go to web shop and buy to activate full editing capabilities. I thought that this was included with the purchase of studio pro 2.5.. any suggestions of what I might be doing wrong... or do I have to purchase this?

I had the same problem with S1 Pro and Melodyne activation/integration. The solution was something simple enough to do but convoluted enough to the point I can't remember specifically what all I did. BUT, I did it while on the phone with a PreSonus customer rep. He walked me through the steps and I've not had a problem since, so give them a call.
