Melodyne 5 - nothing happens

I Import some guitar picking and nothing happens, there's nothing where the display would normally show the notes. I don't even see the little circle that tells you it's detecting anything. I know there's a bug, if you have more than one time signature in the source file, Melodyne will fail, but I only have one.

Anyone?

Can you describe a little more detail? You're not using the plugin, but a standalone version? And, you record a guitar track and export/save/bounce the file (WAV?) in what format? 16 or 24-bit, 44.1/48/etc.kHz?

I honestly only used an older version of Melodyne plugin on a couple projects, but I found it a little clunky at the time, though quite useful adjusting pitches, once the "read" phase was done.
