mbox 3rd gen cmpatible with mac OSX Lion?

I have heard many speculation that the new Mbox series of audio interfaces, the mbox 3 mini, mbox 3, and mbox pro are not compatible with mac OSX 10.7 (lion). Is this true???

Any successful transitions using this equipment?
