Maxi Studio ISIS trouble

Hi

I Have a big trouble.
I recently purchase a Guillemot Maxi Studio Isis and i've been unable to use it.
The mini Jack plug on the card work fine (at least for playing) but i can't get any sound from the rack module. on the out jacks or the input jacks.
Just nothing

Has anyone experienced this trouble?

I also have a constant hum noise in my speakers

I had the same problem 2 years ago, with my Isis, looks like both of you're breakout boxes are dead, you didn't connect the external cable on your internal cards while your computer was powered,right?
Otherwise it's d.e.a.d.
Do you see the spdif connections lighting up?

As you may have seen, i posted the message in march, and i came to the very conclusion that the rack box was dead.

The guys at Guillemot helped me testing my card and we found the trouble.... exactly, the box is dead.

I'm going to purchase another one.

i know this is a very old thread but for anyone who get's the same problem in the future with the isis; this problem is almost always caused when you connected the BObox when the computer was on. This damaged some stuff in the box AND in the card. So bring it to a store which repairs electronica and with 10 bucks you're problem is over.
