Mastering

I paln to record tracks on the Dsp12 and Bounce files to Sonar xl 2.2 to mix. I also have effects from vegas video 3.0. Could anyone give some advice I am looking for someting under $250 to master with that has mastering effects (pre-sets) and can normalize all of my finished tracks and be able to burn to my cd burner. Hardware or software.

This is the wrong thing to do on so many levels, I don't know where to start.....

How about reading up on the mastering by one of the industry's top pros....

.....And don't even think about mastering till you are happy with your mixes.

Well if you are using VST get Izotope's Ozone plugin.
