Mastering?

Mastering is all done in Wavelab. Stereo expander - Phase EQ - 6 band EQ - L2. (dither at all stages, at 24bit)
What distortion? The guitars are a bit too distorted but thats all I can hear that is distorted. Are the cymbals too much?

That tom aint distorting, thats the sound of the tom im sure. Bad bad bad drum kit not tuned properly. Ahhh this was a nightmare to mix! Soo much tweaking. The guitars were really thin and far too grizzly at the 5K, so i had to get rid of alot of that frequency band so it was just listenable without ear fatigue!

This aint one of my better mixes, but one of my hardest mixes probably. First song that ive had to use volume automation on the drums. Did it just so the last part of the song had more impact, but still not enough impact. Im getting there though. My next session is gonna be a good one I know it!
