Very nice. I especially enjoyed from :38 on - very musical with your vocal there.

I'm with spantini on this one. Not crazy about the intro, but around :38 it gets very nice. Catchy. Pleasant to listen to. Keep at it.

Agree you are on to a cool style there...you're comfortable and it sounds good. Keep on keeping on dude!

Enjoyed the listen.

There's the makings of a great song in there if you ever wanted to expand it.

OK, now for a couple of more verses. Nice start for sure.
Right. Seems I'm struck on this one. Not getting a "go ahead" vibe.
It's happened before, I had song sit for years.
Thanks for the spin .

sounds good your vocals sound better than usual. meat of song is real good. intro melody a bit pedestrian you really have something here.

Maybe trust that 'not getting more' thing. When that happens to me, sometimes I just repeat what I got until I get tired of repeating it. A lot of music does that - find a good thing and roll with it for a while. That whole intro-verses-chorus-bridge thing is so prescriptive.

Yeh like Placebo's Pure Morning is basically the same drone throughout

Placebo's Pure Morning - nice.
it's like a white man rappn,
with one ankle caught in the tar pit.
But I get your POV.

Hey dbro - well this one came out of me playing this thing in Reason called chords.
It is where you push one key and a whole chord comes out.
So I was simply pushing two keys, when the first two words came to me.
They sounded like the human words - come home.
At the same time, my granddaughter was texting me about being with her husband, the soldier.
She was so wanting to be with him. He too with her.
And then one thing led to another and I had a minute of music.
Yea so thanks to all of you. :)
