This is a Clinic?

I had no Idea........ Maybe someone can give me some clinical advice... You see, I've developed a red bubble on my anus about the size of a grape and there is a sensation of great heat and it's very itchy... Is this what they call an anal fissure, or is that what you would call the big puss+blood emiting crack beside this red bump....... What is this red thing... I NEED TO KNOW!!!!!

Its cool you guys, I'm glad you don't think my skills are total crap since I've been only doing this for almost 2 years. I might do a cover of my own sometime in the next 2 weeks and I'll post that up to give you guys something to listen to.

Sorry for the torture you had to encounter.
 
YO white ice dude, i downloaded the song but couldn't play it because of a file association problem with the program I use to open zip files......My bad, not yours

Anyway, I wanted to listen to it, cause seeing that all the stuff I record sounds like it was done on a "my first sony" I was sure that I could find some highlights in your recording.......

Man, keep working on it.........This was the roughest critique I've ever read and I just hope you didn't get too discouraged , seems like you didn't and that's good........I hope if anything It just motivated you to kick some major ass on your next recording!

I've heard you sing Webcyan, so you might want to hold off on being mean (I'm going to hold off for very similar reasons).

All I can say is oh my. I read the reviews while downloading and thought maybe they were a little too harsh. Oh my oh my. What really kills me is that you said your buddy was pleased with the results. Oh my.

Mix wise the drums were a bit off balance. The snare was too prominent, while the kick & hat were both difficult to hear. The guitar sound overall was ok. I didn't hear a bass guitar. The vocals could have been more upfront, but honestly, thanks for leaving them back a ways :)

Oh man it's so hard not to be mean but...that did sound like somebody joking around. I'm glad you had a good time with it though. That's what's most important sometimes!

You know, listening again (oh my), it sounds like you might have tracked the guitar first. That's really an impossible approach for most people. I would recommend trying this again....but next time, track the drums first, and have the dude play along to the original song or at least use a click track. If you get a reasonably steady drum track, many of these issues will clear right up.

Funny, I could have SWORN the worste of it was 3:29-3:40...that "jeee--ee--eee--eee--sssuussss" dear god, and then the vocal harmony swell at 3:27. HAHA...amazing shit.

As far as the recording - I think to get a better idea of the sound the kick drum and bass are gonna need to be a little more n sync though, at the very least. Not bad though....heard much worse recording quality wise. plenty from me :)

Thanks for the file...I will certainly be playing this for my kids someday. it is really freakin funny..
