Making songs segue together

Hi there, I have a handful of songs and I want to take the individual songs and make them segue together using ableton live and then allow them to go back into individual WAVs for a CD. Can anyone help me with this?

do you want them to overlap?

I'm not an able ton user but I'd imagine the principle is the same,

Align both songs at end / start point
Add fades if needed
Set locators and export first track
Start next locator at precisely the the point of the last end locator
Burn off disk with no gaps
