Hello, I want to make a clean acapella from the original song. I'm searching it -making acapella- for a long time. There is a method called "phase inversion" and for this, I need an instrumental version of the song.
The question is; If I make the instrumental version from the original song, is that gonna be useful for me? Because I need really good instrumental version of the song for making a clean acapella. I found some kareokes of the song but they didn't work. I need your advices, thank you.

I'm not sure what you're on about with this. Find a song, listen to the parts, sing the parts, record the parts, mix the parts. :D

If I undestand you correctly you are looking for a way to isolate the main vocal track(s) from a song.
You are trying to cancel out everything else with a polarity flipped karaoke version or tv-mix.
Sadly this won't work. The bus compression on the full version will work different than in any vocal-less version, affecting the backing tracks differently in each version, so you'll never get a clean vocal track this way.
