Main Mix Problem

Hi all I seem to have a problem with my Behringer mixer and I didn't know where else to put this question so I put it here. The problem is that the left side of the audio in the main mix doesn't work. In PFL mode (pre-fader listen) the audio comes through both sides but when I depress the main mix button to go to fader mode it only comes through one side, the right. I put the L fader of the main mix section all the way up and still nothing. Do you think thing it's a bad fuse or something? If you were wondering it's a MX2004A and any help would be great.

First, turn your speakers all the way down. Better yet don't have anything plugged into the outputs of the mixer. Now, run a hot signal thru it with the faders maxed out. See if this works...I know it sounds crazy but...

we don't have any speakers running through the mixer. It's mainly used for computer recording. So when we have headphones on it only comes through the right side.
