I am interested in acquiring a Sound Card but can not make up my mind on price and I am a little sceptical about shipping, considering the fact that I am form Uganda in Africa.

I'd appreciate any input on this.

Its a light box so no matter where it goes shipping wouldnt be that much. Are there not any music stores in Africa at all?
