I was thinking about getting a USB interface.

Is the M-Audio Fast Track interface worth it?

If not are there any interfaces worth their money for the same price as M-Audio Fast Track?

ALSO when recording will M-Audio Fast Track be in sync with the instumental?
 
EMU is putting out a new PCMICA sound interface. There is a write up on it in SOS
 
For another $50, you could get the Tascam US-122, which has 2 channels and comes with Cubase LE.
