M-Audio Fast Track USB

Ok well I purchased the M-Audio Fast Track USB today and i can't figure out how to get this thing working. I installed the drivers and hooked up everything and plugged it all in, and nothing is working. Can someone please explain to me how to set everything to make this thing work?
