Has anyone had any experience with this interface?
What can u tell me bout it?
What would u rate it?
I will be using it mainly for rock music...

Go for it dude, i have an oldest model, Fast track pro. M-Audio Fast Track Usb Audio Mixer - Audio - CD Market - Venta en Argentina de Consolas y Videojuegos, Playstation 3, Nintendo Wii, Xbox 360, PSP, Juegos PC, Hardware, iPods y Gadgets.

I'm recording just fine, no latency and i'm using it with Adobe Audition 3, if you are going to use a condenser mic, you will need (if required by the mic) a phantom power supply, and that's it.

My interface has only 1 input (1 guitar and 1 mic, not at the same time), so if you are going to record guitars, should be fine.
 
I have the 2 ch version of this and it works great and it has built in phantom power. I would highly recommend it.
