This is as close to new as you can get.... I purchased this to install in my PC that I built for audio stuff and have used the setup for about 3 days. The Delta 66 will come with all the software and hardware, in the original box, and is in dead mint condition. You're buying a brand new card that has been removed from the box, installed in a PCI slot, and then put back in the box. Save yourself a bunch an grab this one instead of a new one...
