I can't seem to figure out what settings I'm missing in order to monitor what I'm recording (while recording). I know I was able to do this with another soundcard setup with the software programs I'm using. With keyboard plugged in via anolog (not midi) I can record it, but can't monitor what I'm playing. I can hear what I played when I play back the recording. With my keyboard using this line-level output I get no sound through the keyboard speakers, so I need to monitor while I'm recording. I think I'm missing some setup in the M-Audio Control Panel.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, in the cards control panel and on the patchbay router tab you can switch the wave out 1/2 to send the cards monitor mix to your speakers. Use the faders in the control panel mixer for the wave in 1/2 and wave out 1/2 channels to hear what you play together with what is already recorded. These faders don't affect the recording level of the wave in 1/2 to your software.

Don't use the Monitor Mix input in your software (may be called channels 5/6) or you'll end up recording the monitor mix including the existing recordings.
