Can't you see you're turning them all evil?
It wasn't like there weren't enough plus signs…
Some of us were just passed along the way.

Some of us are tired,
Of what has become of this rats nest…
And I know we're all looking for answers,
But for some reason I think you've turned over the wrong stone…

And I've heard all you cry; "What about the SEVEN?"
Well I guess they're all slouched in their chairs'…
And I'm NOT saying some of us aren't tired…
Like I'm tired right now as we speak…

(If you can't say it, sing it)
Though they all fulfill some other purpose,
There's too much space between the numbers…
Then, I guess they would say,
"We'll all subscribe to our gods…"
"And throw away their empty caskets."

Just like I was thrown away…
You can stop looking they found the dog.
He's underneath the porch, eating dirt and starved of information…

But to them…
It was palace… Eating fillet-mignon, wearing 300 dollar sunglasses…
And for some reason he didn't stutter when the music began to play…

I don't know much, but I know you should listen…
I'm sure someone out there, alive and well, has something better to say.

But you're all just struck there,
Thinking about the number zero…
And what the fuck it could possibly mean…

I think some of us forgot about the spaces…
All the spaces in-between…

You've got a great set of lyrics there. They are original, interesting and should make for a fascinating song. It seems to me like an obscure piece of social commentary, and I'm hearing an industrial approach. I'm pleased to see you've avoided the barrel loads of cliches out there.

So, what's next?

Thanks... I'll probably put it into a song... Maybe sometime in the next few weeks... Who knows...
