LX 20 vs. XT 20

I have a few older adats and I am considering replacing them with the 20 bit type II ones. I am wondering what the difference is between the LX20 and the XT 20. The LX's are significantly cheeper. What do you compromise by going that way? What do you gain by going with the XT 20 and is it worth the extra cost?

The XT20's transport is more robust, the converters are better, and it supports the professional gain structure +4dBU..........

You also get more front-fascia features (locates, etc...)

ie - it theoretically wont eat tapes, it sounds better (different), and you get more bells and whistles.
