I changed the lyrics on this song, I felt bad that I was taking shots at a girl toward whom I feel no ill will anymore. I was coming close to crossing from "prick" territory into "scumbag" territory. Anyway, new lyrics. This is not a love song. I don't know what the heck it is. Perhaps an ode to paranoia with a Faustian twist? At least I worked in a Dirty Harry quote.

Any comments you have are welcome. The mix could definitely use some work, but nothing obvious is jumping out at me, so I'd appreciate anything you could point out. Thanks.

This has a great rock groove. Mosh pit stuff here. Great performances all the way around..especially the bass guitar. I'm no expert on punk mixes (thats greg area of expertise). That being said, it sound pretty good to me. The only thing I notice is the rhythm guitars distortion sounds smoother and more compressed than most if the punk mixed I've heard. Seems like they need to be more raw, uncompressed, and in you face.
It really rocks man...great job!

Thanks for the listen and the comment. I need to do some more experimenting with my amp to figure out which tones sound good when recorded- it's got a shitload of them (peavey vypyr 2), but none seem to sound very good. I've been using different tone on the left and right and hoping it thickens the sound.

Thanks again!
