Lots of trouble

I am having a really hard time trying to figure out how to get a drum track I created on Reason Adapted to Pro Tools LE anyone have any idea? I am so lost, I have been reading all the manual s that came with both things but it seems like the more I read to more lost I get, please someone help I am drowning in knowledge that I don't understand. Thanking you all in advance for anyhelp.

Is there a facility in Reason to Export a wav file?

there is but the drum track is a .rdf file and that is the only way I can figure out how to save it as, and it won't let me transfer the .rdf file. I am so freakin lost.
