Looping
Open the loop window (looks like a regular folder) the select the loop you like. I like to have the Track window open then drag it to a smaller size then do the same with the loop window, this way you can see where your placing your loop. You then double click the loop, it will appear in the Track Pane. You take the mouse arrow an go to the edge until you see a box (curved) in the place of the mouse and you just drag the loop out to how far you want it.
Also get SONAR POWER by Scott Garrigans, excellent book, I read as much as I can even though I know a good bit about Sonar.
