When I am in multitrack mode and I insert a .cel file then activate loop properties everything works fine. When I save the session and open it up later it shows the .cel file to be there but it only plays the first part of it.
I re-insert the file and activate loop properties and it works again.
Then save session and open it later same thing.
This does not always happen consistently, and happens with several files and sessions.
